Project Process Overview
EWB-USA is committed to designing and implementing sustainable and appropriate engineering projects in developing communities around the world. There is great need in areas ranging from renewable energy to clean water and sustainable enterprise development. EWB-USA project participants are asked to promote high engineering standards by following the American Society of Civil Engineers' Code of Ethics. EWB-SFP currently has projects in Tanzania, Sri Lanka, India and Haiti. We also have an Appropriate Technology design team that supports all projects. We manage our own projects and EWB-USA provides technical assistance and reviews all project designs. The project execution process in shown below:
