About EWB-SFP
EWB-SFP was established in September 2004 as the the first professionals chapter of EWB-USA. Our broad mission is to help developing communities worldwide with a hands on approach involving engineering professionals and students. We currently work with communities in Tanzania, Haiti, India, and Guatemala to deliver necessities such as clean water, clean energy, and sustainable agriculture.
We have over 100 members and an even larger community network who believe in our mission and work with us to:
Support engineering projects around the world.
Fundraise to provide equipment and supplies required for successful projects.
Mentor student chapters at Bay Area universities
The links on the left provide brief overview of EWB-SFP's Organization Structure and History. For a more detailed look at our chapter's organizational structure and operating principles, download our Chapter Bylaws and Constitution.
